Shipping Policy

Consumable tooling products are F.O.B. Thomas Skinner branch locations unless otherwise specified. Free ground shipping is available on consumable tooling products* with orders over $200, provided the order ships complete and weighs less than 50 lbs. Air shipment is available at an additional charge. This offer is valid only in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba.

*Note: Excludes coolant, lubricants, and machine repair parts. Conditions apply.

Return Policy

Products may be returned within 30 days of the invoice date or 30 days from receipt of the product, whichever occurs first. Products will be deemed delivered and accepted after this 30-day period. Thomas Skinner reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the requirements outlined in this policy.

Return Eligibility

All returns must be authorized in advance. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Returns may be subject to a restocking fee.
Products must be new, unused, undamaged, and in their original condition.
All original packaging must be included with the return.
Returns may be refused if the product shows signs of use, damage, alteration, or is missing components.
Stock items are eligible for a full refund or credit, subject to inspection.
Non-stock items require supplier approval before a return can be accepted or authorized.
The following items are non-returnable:

- Welded bandsaw blades

- Special-order or custom items

- Electrical machine parts that have been opened

- Machine parts that have been installed

Orders for non-returnable items cannot be cancelled once placed unless approved by the supplier.
Haas Tooling products are final sale and are not eligible for refund, credit, or exchange.

How to Start a Return

To ensure timely processing of your return:

Contact a Customer Service Representative (CSR) and provide your order number or invoice number.
Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning any product.
Package the item securely to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the item, freight prepaid, to the designated Thomas Skinner location and clearly include the RMA number on the shipment.

Credits and Refunds

All returned products are subject to inspection upon receipt.
Credits or refunds will be issued only after the returned product has been inspected and approved.
Once the inspection is complete, you will be notified of the approval status of your refund or credit.
Original shipping charges, where applicable, are non-refundable.
